A Glimpse Of What We Do
Salon Thirty Seven was born in 2020, during a time when the beauty industry was turned upside down.
After spending ten years in an incredible commission-based salon, our founder, Molly Carter experienced firsthand what it meant to be part of a true team. It was more than a workplace, it was a salon family built on collaboration, education, and genuine support.
When the pandemic forced that salon to close, the team took an unexpected leap into entrepreneurship. Their former salon owner created individual suites where they could each build their own businesses while remaining together. And that's where Salon Thirty Seven began.
Six years later, we've grown independently, but the heart of that original team has never left us.
Now, we're bringing that vision full circle.
As we expand, our goal is to recreate the culture that made us fall in love with this industry: a place where artists feel supported, valued, and inspired to grow together.
Our roots in a multi-textured salon also shaped a belief we carry deeply: beautiful hair comes in every texture, and everyone deserves to feel they belong. Whether we're serving blonde fine hair or ultra thick coils, we embrace continued education and the artistry of working with all hair types.Our goal is to create an inclusive environment for both our guests and our team.
